People and culture led transformation

Three things I do. One thing runs through all of them.

I have delivered all three from the inside. What people remember is how it felt to be part of the change: leaders, managers and the people who do the work every day, brought in from the start, shaping it together and carrying it forward.

Hello, I’m Ho. For twenty-five years I have delivered change and transformation inside the world’s multinational organisations, and made it last by bringing people with me. If that is the chapter you are in, I would love to help you write it.

CHANGE DELIVERY PEOPLE

What I do

Three offerings. Start with the one you recognise.

Most engagements begin in one and grow into another, because change, delivery and people move together.

Change

Change & Transformation

The direction is clear at the top. Now the whole organisation needs to understand it, believe in it and work differently because of it.

  • Leadership and strategy alignment
  • A portfolio view of every change in flight
  • Culture and identity as the company grows
  • Bringing ways of working together after growth or acquisition

Delivery

Project Delivery

A new ERP system or operating model is on its way. The change is bigger than the tool itself: it reaches roles, handovers and everyday habits across the business.

  • ERP and enterprise platform rollouts, SAP and beyond
  • Operating model design and adoption
  • Multi-site and multi-country programmes
  • Resetting programmes to regain momentum

People

People & Culture

Change runs on people’s energy. Engaged teams, the right people on the right work and managers who lead well are what make the other two last.

  • Employee engagement and internal communication
  • Resourcing: the right people on the right work
  • Line manager and career conversation capability
  • Culture that treats people as individuals

People at the centre of all three

Strategy firms tell you what needs to change. Technology firms build it. Trinity makes your organisation capable of changing, with your people at the centre. Everyone who will live with the change joins the journey from the start and helps shape it, with nobody left out. People stand behind a plan they helped to build, especially when the going gets hard.

When to engage with Ho

Six situations where working with Ho makes a real difference. Yours may be a seventh.

Each one is a good time to talk. A sense that things could flow better is a fine place to begin, and we shape the question together from there.

Leadership out in front

“We can see where we are heading. We want everyone with us.”

The leadership team is thinking several steps ahead while the organisation works hard to keep pace. The vision is clear at the top; shared understanding is the next step.

I connect leadership intent with the people delivering it, in conversations at every level.

Change & Transformation

Change on the way

“Something big is coming, and we want our people ready.”

An ERP programme, a new operating model or a restructure is decided or already moving. People are asking where they fit, and there is still time to bring them in.

I listen first, then bring your people into the plan while it is still taking shape.

Project Delivery

Change has landed

“It is done on paper. Now we want it in everyday work.”

New structure, new system, new titles. Familiar habits are still close at hand, and this is the moment to help everyone settle into the new way with confidence.

I work alongside your teams on everyday habits, so the new way becomes their way.

People & Culture

Growth

“We grew fast, and how we work is still catching up.”

What the founder once held in their head now needs to live in two hundred people, across sites and time zones, in a way that still feels like you.

I help your people describe the culture in their own words, carried by owners inside.

Change & Transformation

Momentum

“Everyone is busy, and we want the work to land.”

A programme has slowed and is ready for fresh energy. The plan is sound; what it needs is belief, and a reset works best when the people running it shape it.

I shape the reset together with your team, so they own the plan and the pace.

Project Delivery

Integration

“We are one company on paper and several in practice.”

After one acquisition or several, there are different habits, identities and ways of deciding. Bringing them together is where the value of the deal comes to life.

I bring every side into one conversation and build a shared way of working together.

People & Culture

Recognise one of these moments, or going through another?
I would love to hear about it.

Whatever kind of change your organisation is going through, tell me about it. I listen first, and when a strategy firm or a technology partner would serve you better, I will gladly introduce you to the right people.

How I work

Four steps, in this order, every time.

A way of working rather than a proprietary framework. It feels like a comfortable conversation that goes deep, and everything is shaped together with your people, from the first meeting to the handover.

  1. Listen

I start with leadership: the vision, the intent, and what success should feel like for the people inside the organisation, as well as on the plan.

  2. Engage

Then the people doing the work every day, across every team, site and level: in confidence, in their own words, and talking with each other.

  3. Plan

Together we shape a prioritised roadmap: what to change, in what order, and why. Common sense first, tested with those who will run it.

  4. Hand over

A named owner in your organisation takes the roadmap forward. I help your people grow into carrying it, then step back. The result is yours.

Where Ho comes from

Ho has sat on your side of the table.

For most of his career Ho worked inside the organisation, delivering change for colleagues he would see the next morning. He knows what is at stake when change reaches people’s working lives.

So everything he proposes is practical and achievable, grounded in common sense, and shaped with the right people before it ever reaches a slide.

  • A company-side viewHe understands what getting change right means for the people who live with it.
  • Achievable proposalsCommon sense first, and sized to what your organisation can carry.
  • Engagement before any proposalThe right people are involved before anything is put forward.

Every organisation is different, so every engagement starts fresh with yours.

What carries across is the way of working, and the fact that it ends with your own team owning the result.

Case studies

Real-life examples.
The same four steps, four very different situations.

Pick one to explore.

From one person’s instinct to the whole team.

Change & TransformationPeople & Culture

Carrying a culture forward as the agency grows

The situation

A creative agency that has grown fast and well. Its culture came from the founder’s own instinct, and the next chapter is about carrying that identity forward, so it lives in the whole team as the agency matures.

The Proposal

An employee-led board to steward culture alongside the founder, running in parallel with the commercial board so the two complement each other, with named owners inside the business.

Who you would be working with

I want to be a positive influence at work: helping organisations engage their people and build a culture of motivation and loyalty, so the whole organisation performs and people are fulfilled.

About Trinity

Three parts, one whole.

The name is a declaration of faith: three persons, one being. It is also how the work is shaped, with change, delivery and people held together as one.

The mark is a person beside three marks of speech: talking with people. The middle one is a pause, room to think, a conversation that can breathe. Each sits at its own angle, because no two conversations are the same. Real work happens in real conversation, well before it reaches a polished deck.

The story behind the name and the logo

Let’s talk

Two ways to start: tell me what is on your mind, or book a time.

A first conversation, in confidence, to see whether there is something worth doing together.

What would you like to talk about?

Tell me a little about what you are working on, and I will come back to you shortly.
