TrinityPeople Centric Change Let’s talk
Résumé

Twenty five years of change, delivery and engagement, with people at the centre.

Each stop taught me something I carried to the next. Follow the line from today back to the start.

Ho Goh
What to expect from me

Calm in the room. Clarity in the complexity.

Calm when the pressure rises

Large programmes get noisy. I bring the temperature down and help a room hear itself again.

Plain words for complicated things

I turn something tangled into something everyone can read, agree on and act from.

The conversation stays open

I hold it open until everyone shares the same picture, then I write it down.

Connected at every level and geography

From floor walks to leadership forums, from Geneva to New York, London and Shanghai. People know I will come to them.

My career path

Three disciplines, learned on the job.

Change, Delivery and Engagement, and where each one was built.

June 2026 to today

Trinity, Geneva

Founder

ChangeDeliveryEngagement
  • An independent advisory practice built on everything below: ERP delivery, operations excellence and people and culture in one place.
  • Tailored proposals for organisations in change, each starting from a conversation with their leaders.
  • Guest lecturer at HEG Genève on the human side of business change.

Carrying forward: a way of working that leaves a named owner inside the organisation.

2024 to 2025

dentsu DACH, Geneva

Head of Transformation Processes, Operations Excellence Lead

ChangeEngagement
  • Cluster PMO for the COO of Germany, Austria and Switzerland: set the rules, framework, templates and communication style, and aligned change across HR, Finance, Operations, Technology and Legal through influence rather than line authority.
  • Built a transparent portfolio of every change in flight, sequenced programme delivery, built a community where project managers understood their dependencies, and closed projects that added little value.
  • Led the culture and employee engagement initiative across a workforce of about 6,500 as employee representative in a culture transformation.

Learned here: change saturation is real, and a region needs one person watching the whole picture.

2022 to 2024

dentsu Americas, Geneva

Head of Operational Solutions

ChangeEngagement
  • Internal consultant to service line COOs, CFOs and leadership teams across the United States.
  • Assessed each service line’s readiness to adopt the global template, starting by listening to as-is ways of working, plans and aspirations; then a prioritised roadmap, grouped into a programme of work by dependencies and business priorities. Run twice, both times practical and usable.
  • The achievement that mattered most: the trust earned, and siloed service lines opening up to collaborate with the global team of their own accord.

Learned here: a global template lands when local teams help decide what to fix first.

2021 to 2022

Merkle Switzerland, Geneva

Strategic Relationship Partner

Engagement
  • Relationships with clients and partners; owned the Microsoft alliance.
  • Seconded to lead a major Salesforce migration within Merkle US alongside a PwC team, owning change management and training as the bridge between technology and the business.

Learned here: training lands when the people who built the process help teach it.

2019 to 2021

Isobar / Merkle, Geneva

Quality Assurance Lead and Senior Test Manager

Delivery
  • One way of releasing across about 35 applications and five delivery groups for Amer Sports. Business readiness, alongside technical sign-off, drove release decisions.
  • Brand ambassador, and Role Model of the EMEA Region award.

Learned here: the business, and the test report second, should decide when something goes live.

2018 to 2019

Richemont, Geneva

Test Coordinator, SAP rollout

Delivery
  • Business readiness and user acceptance for 13 luxury brands in mainland China.
  • Treated business users as partners in the change: the programme’s most successful acceptance campaign in over ten years of SAP rollout.

Learned here: when users feel like partners, acceptance becomes adoption.

2015 to 2017

Ralph Lauren, Geneva

Test Manager and Test Architect

DeliveryEngagement
  • SAP integration across 100+ legacy systems and retail channels, grounded in how people in the business actually work.
  • Coordinated the key user network and issue tracking for the showroom (Market) rollout, working with the Ralph Lauren business lead and the Accenture consultant.
  • eCommerce transformation across US and London teams, each phase handed to the run organisation as it stabilised.

Learned here: how a brand runs, from the brand down to the store, and the people who make it run.

2006 to 2015

BP Oil International, London

Test Manager and User Acceptance Lead

Delivery
  • Approach and standards for acceptance and readiness on a major global SAP programme; the central escalation point across streams.
  • Coached on-shore and off-shore teams and kept business users engaged through a complex, multi-system change.

Learned here: nine years on one programme teaches you what lasts after the project team leaves.

2000 to 2006

Capgemini, London

Technology Consultant

Delivery
  • Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics for the MoD, the FCO, Matalan and the National Trust: judging systems by whether they worked for the people using them.

Where it began: the habit of asking the user before the architect.

Foundations

Where the thinking was built.

Economics taught me that people act on what an organisation rewards. Information systems taught me that a system and the people who use it shape each other. The certifications followed, each one earned alongside the work.

  • 1999
MSc, Analysis, Design and Management of Information Systems. London School of Economics.
  • 1998
    BSc, Economics. University College London.
  • 1994
A levels in Economics, Mathematics and Politics. City of London School.
  • 2026
Prosci Change Management Certification. November 2026, planned.
  • 2020
    Professional Scrum Master I. Scrum.org.
  • 2018
    PRINCE2 Practitioner. Axelos.
  • 2005
ISEB Practitioner in Software Testing. British Computer Society.
Alongside the work

The same interest in people, outside work.

Teaching

Guest lecturer, HEG Genève (HES-SO)

Since November 2025, International Business Management. I teach business change and end-to-end processes from real SAP programmes, including the human side: an optimised process delivers its value when the people running it understand it, own it and use it well. On 1 October 2026 I delivered two three-hour classes in a day, and asked the students afterwards how it had landed for them. The lecture, slide by slide →

Speaking

From Dream to Doing

A talk for Inside Africa’s thirtieth anniversary in Geneva, 11 October 2026, on turning an idea into something real, told through the first months of Trinity. The talk →
