Proposals

Written for real organisations.

Every proposal follows first conversations and is written for one organisation: its situation, its goals and its own language. Here are some of them, with names and identifying details replaced, so you can see how Trinity comes alongside and what it offers.

Seven proposals

Same way of working, seven different situations.

They talk to me first, then through me, and in time with each other.

A ports group

One way of working, across twenty one sites

A single operating model discussion that begins with intentional engagement at each site, building enough trust for every site to open up, which leads to permanently better communication with headquarters and with each other.

One heartbeat at the centre, carried in step across the network.

Translated into Italian to aid engagement with the team, who are based in Milan.

Consultants

Alongside every line manager and career advisor, so each conversation helps someone grow.

The human side of managing people

Enhancing the effort already made in creating a skills matrix, working alongside career advisors and line managers to see how people actually are, so a meaningful and constructive intent is genuinely felt by employees.

Dear all

Begin the way the role would begin: say plainly what is coming and what it means.

A luxury house

Coming back to a global ERP programme, with the people in view

A letter and a page written for two audiences: those I am yet to meet, and those who know me. It tells plainly who I am and what to expect, the way I would begin the role.

Every handover carries the value forward, all the way to the person at the desk.

An international alliance

The system is delivered. Now comes the uptake

An adoption readiness exercise a year after an ERP go-live: listen to every team, find the big rocks, and bring them together on one shared page in around twelve weeks, owned by the organisation.

Pure gold is beautiful and soft. What makes a bar hold its shape is the mix, chosen on purpose.

A precious metals platform

Gold is at its strongest as an alloy. So is a company

A Geneva company of a few dozen people inside a group that grows with every quarter. Three things worth getting right, and three stages of work, each one earning the next.

A storm is felt. Calmness is conveyed.

A founder

Say it first, and be the calm in the storm

A quiet thought for a founder whose agency, grown from a handful of people into a house of well over a hundred, faces an external storm. Getting ahead of the conversation keeps three good things intact.

Written in English and French.

A note on these pages

Company names, people’s names and identifying details are replaced with placeholders, and each page carries a banner saying so. What these organisations shared with me stays with me. The structure, the design and the thinking are exactly as they were sent.

Every proposal here began with an introduction.

If someone comes to mind as you read, that thought is the most valuable thing you could give me.
